the race: 12 hours of mountain biking, approx 12.5miles per loop
the result: 10th in the Co-ed team division

the basics: despite my rear derailleur not working as i was warming up (thanks trev for some emergency wrenching!), i started the race for my team by running in the le mans start then embarking on my first of 2 laps. the course was great, although a bit muddy early in the day. (luckily no injuries this week!) when i wasn't riding, i cheered on many other friends up there, many attempting their first solo race. it was a great race, well organized, and great prizes given to all my friends that made it on the podium.
