i ran around all day doing support for a group of friends at this 12 hour mountain bike race down in florida - actually, real close to gainesville, my home! mom & dad even got to come out and see what this stuff was like (they were either very impressed or think i'm nuts!)

also got to hang with some BOD friends doing the race (patrick, brandon, jay & mark) and 2 adventure racer friends riding solo as a training ride (shelly & kevin).
