dnf (after 14 hours of racing...and this was only a 12 hour race!)

disciplines included navigation, open water swimming, flat water paddling, mountain biking, trail running/trekking, canyoneering, and rappelling (although we unfortunately did not get to do that part, which means we never did see the beautiful scene above). I also would like to add yellow jacket dodging and scaling gorge walls to the list.
