volunteered for the entire race weekend, including check-in on friday and coordinating the madness of ta1&2, where i worked with a team of 5 other volunteers from 7am saturday thru 2am the next morning, with temperatures ranging from -4¾F to a high of merely 28¾F. (that's damn cold for georgia!)

learned much about running a race (much respect to the folks who do it well!) and learned things that support crews should & should not do (PLEASE listen to the TA officials! we really do want to help...)
